SMACNA talked with Chris Walker, executive vice president of CAL SMACNA, immediately after he was awarded Chapter Executive of the Year. Chris discusses some of the issues he focuses on in his state, including workforce development, reducing carbon emissions and reducing or eliminating the use of natural gas in building construction.
